With the convenient Medisana infrared thermometer, you can accurately and quickly measure body temperature. The use of the thermometer is hygienic, as it does not touch the skin at all. The measurement distance from the forehead is 1-5 cm and you can read the measurement result from the large LCD screen in a few seconds. You can choose to display the measurement result in either °C or °F. The thermometer is classified as a medical device.
The thermometer indicates body temperature both visually and acoustically.
Green backlight: normal temperature, 35.5-37.3°C
Yellow backlight: slight fever, 37.4-38°C
Red backlight: fever, 38.1-43.0°C
In addition to measuring body temperature, the thermometer can also measure temperatures of liquids and surfaces from 0°C to 100°C. Convenient for measuring food temperature, for example.
