Digitale downloads er produkter hvor Elgiganten sælger en licensnøgle. Når ordren er gennemført, vises licensnøglen ved at logge ind på MyPage. Herefter hentes softwaren hos leverandøren, og licensen aktiveres gennem softwaren.
